OFFICIAL RULES FOR FEET WEEK 2025 GIVEAWAYS

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY The 2025 Feet Week sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") are open to individuals worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age is required, participants must meet that requirement. Employees, officers, and directors of Healthy Feet LLC, a Utah limited liability company, doing business as Healthy Feet Alliance ("Sponsor"), participating collaborators, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. ENTRY PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on February 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time ("MST") and ends on February 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER Feet Week 2025 includes multiple Sweepstakes, with several giveaways taking place throughout the event. Each Sweepstakes must be entered separately. To enter, participants must: (a) Follow @healthyfeetalliance on Instagram and follow all of the participating collaborators’ Instagram accounts; (b) Like the giveaway post on Instagram; (c) Optionally, tag friends in the comments section for additional entries (one tag per comment); (d) For additional entries, submit an email address through the designated website (healthyfeetalliance.org/feetweek). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

4. PRIZES Multiple prizes will be awarded throughout Feet Week 2025. Prizes may include, but are not limited to, products, gift cards, and online courses. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $6,003. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including expiration dates and minimum purchase requirements. Winners will receive a gift card randomly assigned to them and will not have the option to choose which gift card they receive. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Please see section 12 for a detailed list of all prizes being offered. PHYSICAL PRIZES WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO LOCATIONS WHERE THE COLLABORATING COMPANIES DELIVER. IF A WINNER RESIDES IN A COUNTRY WHERE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED, AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER MAY BE SELECTED.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on February 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM MST. Winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours via direct message on Instagram or by email, depending on the method of entry. If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated up to three (3) times. If no winner is confirmed after three (3) attempts, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. ODDS OF WINNING The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant grants the Sponsor and its collaborators permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and entry (including any social media handles or comments) for the purpose of announcing winners and promoting the Sweepstakes. This use may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website announcements, and promotional materials. No additional compensation will be provided.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsor, its collaborators, Instagram, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for: (a) Technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or unauthorized intervention affecting the integrity of the Sweepstakes; (b) Errors in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to typographical errors; (c) Any claims arising from the use of Instagram or other third-party platforms. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its collaborators, and Instagram from any liability, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Davis County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: All claims must be pursued on an individual basis, and entrants waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. This arbitration clause is governed by Utah law. If any part of this clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

"PRIVACY: Personal information collected for these sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and verifying eligibility, except for participants who entered via email, whose information may also be used for marketing purposes as specified in Section 7. Information may be retained for up to ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the sweepstakes for verification purposes. Entrants may request deletion of their information by contacting the Sponsor at info@healthyfeetalliance.org."

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes.
